In the rare instance that your product is damaged on transit or has parts missing, simply drop us an email at contact@bikerstec.com with your order ID, name & telephone number along with an unboxing video of the package. Our Shipments & Dispatch Team will connect with you to understand the issue better and provide you solutions for the same.

Note on Unboxing Video: Time lapse, edited video, poor lighting, or failing to show the issue clearly on the same continuous video will not be considered for returns.

5-Day Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery of the order. Return requests post the stipulated 5-day timeframe will not be entertained under any condition.

Damaged or returned products should be returned unused & in re-saleable condition accompanied with original invoice, packing labels, freebies, or coupons provided along with it.

Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.

There is no guarantee that we will receive the returned product, hence customers must use a trackable & reliable shipping service. The courier tracking receipt must be shared in your return request email.

Inspection & Qualification: The returned product will be inspected by our Shipments & Dispatch Team for any issues after which the replacement or refund will be initiated.

Replacements vs Refunds: Products can only be replaced for deliveries that have damage issues or for a wrong size only. No refund will be made under such circumstances. The replacements of products will be done free of cost for returns that qualify the inspection done by the Shipments & Dispatch Team.

Out of Stock Exception: A full refund will be initiated provided if the specific product mentioned for the return request has been out of stock.

Sale Exclusions: Return policy does not apply for products purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or flash sales. Information on such sale days will be listed on the product description on the website.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to not honor return requests that we determine to be fraudulent/malafide and the decision of A Bikers Tec Shipment & Dispatch Team in this regard will be final.

Direct Purchases Only: Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from A Bikers Tec (bikerstec.com).

These Terms and Conditions shall be covered by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu State.

A Bikers Tec is not responsible for the content or reliability of linked websites. Linking should not be taken as endorsement of any kind of the website linked to, including any products and services referred to in that website, nor does it imply that there is an association between A Bikers Tec and the operators of that website.
